Product quotes are based on live platform pricing, exchange rates, estimated weight, import duties, international freight, and Vanguard service fees shown before checkout.

Final landed pricing is confirmed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and reviewing product restrictions before ordering.

Payment must be completed using an approved method before procurement begins. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified.

Delivery timelines are estimates. International shipping, customs clearance, and local last-mile delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Cross-border orders may be subject to platform, carrier, and customs restrictions. Some items cannot be imported or returned once procured.

Contact support before ordering if you are unsure whether a product can be shipped to your address.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use Vanguard Digital for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a fraud or security risk.

Vanguard Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from carrier delays, platform stock changes, customs decisions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid Vanguard Digital for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
